Gillian Rice, Owner and Property Manager
Hello, my name is Gillian Rice, and I am the proud owner of CKG Property Management Limited. As a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and a holder of a General Condominium Manager License. I understand the challenges, complexities, and rewards that come with managing thriving communities—and I’m passionate about delivering service that makes a real difference.
My journey into this field began in 2009 after a devastating tornado swept through Grey County, leaving several Condominium units destroyed. That experience inspired me to get involved, and from that moment on, I never looked back. I started my career as a Property Administrator and later joined a Collingwood-based management firm where I earned my RCM designation through ACMO and later my property management license through the CMRAO.
Most recently, I took the leap to open my own firm. Working as both a Property Manager and business owner has been incredibly rewarding.
With CKG Property Management Limited, I’m excited to offer a fresh, client-focused approach to serving Condominium communities across Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Meaford, Owen Sound, and surrounding areas.
In this new chapter, my commitment remains the same: to provide high-quality, responsive, communicative, and supportive management services to every client I work with. I genuinely look forward to partnering with you and helping your community grow and thrive.

Our Administrators, play a key part in daily communication and owner support. Whether coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, or assisting with enquiries, the administrative team ensures smooth, organized, and timely service for both Boards and residents.
Bookkeeping Staff
We also have dedicated bookkeeping personnel, who support corporations with accurate financial tracking, invoicing, payment management, and preparation of financial reports. Their work helps maintain transparency, compliance, and confidence in your corporation’s financial health.
