Meet the Property Management Team

Hello, 

My name is Gillian Rice and I am the owner of CKG Property Management Limited. As a Registered Condominium Manager and a General Condominium Manager License holder, I understand the trials and tribulations of Condominium Management. I began in the Condominium industry in 2009, following a tornado that ripped through Grey County, demolishing several Condominium units and from then on, I never looked back.  I began my career as a property administrator, and then moved to a Collingwood based firm, where I completed the requirements to obtain my RCM designation and become a licensed property manager.

During my recent maternity leave, I decided to open my own Property Management business and I am now returning to the industry as a property manager and a business owner. I am very excited to begin this next chapter of my career with CKG Property Management serving Condominiums in the Collingwood, Town of Blue Mountains, Meaford and Owen Sound areas. 

In this new adventure, I strive to continue to provide high end, responsive, communicative and supportive management services to all clients and I cannot wait to work alongside you to grow together!
